Jentzen usually works in the kitchen but is helping with the renovation.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/figure><p>Joel Harris was busy inside Dos Amigos Burritos in downtown Concord on Tuesday, but the work had nothing to do with preparing Mexican food.<\/p>\n        <p>The popular restaurant is closed for construction as a new floor is installed in the kitchen and the space gets a quick makeover.<\/p>\n        <p>\u201cWe\u2019re just taking the slow time of year, just to freshen things up,\u201d said Harris, the owner. \u201cSmall, kind of cosmetic things.\u201d<\/p>\n        <p>Several of the regular employees were helping to paint the interior, while contractors worked on replacing the kitchen floor. Harris was overseeing and directing\u00a0work.<\/p>\n        <p>Dos Amigos serves far more than burritos for take-out or eat-in.
