But $148,000 will come from the surplus. If approved, the town portion tax rate will increase by 17 cents, which is about $51 on a $300,000 home.<\/p>\n        <p>During voting on Tuesday, Lynn Marcou and incumbent Michael Kaminski are running for a three-year term on the select board.\u00a0<\/p>\n        <p>\n          <strong>When and Where:<\/strong> The town meeting will be held at the Dunbarton Community Center at 7 p.m. on March 12.
