Residents will face a number of other questions, including whether to install a solar array at the Clough Hill Fire Station, and approving a community power plan for the town.<\/p>\n        <p>A petitioned warrant article asks the town to spend $95,000 for new playground equipment to be installed at the recreation fields. Another one demands that all votes in every election be recorded on paper ballots and counted by hand.<\/p>\n        <p>The biggest spending item before voters is the $6.5 million operating budget.
