Dustin Rose is on the cusp of realizing his long-held dream \u2013 opening a 24-hour fitness center.<\/p>\n

With over 15 years of experience as a private trainer and group instructor, Rose is expanding his gym, Capital Fitness Center<\/a>, through a relocation to South Main Street in Concord.<\/p>\n

Having opened the fitness center on South State Street two years ago, Rose identified a limitation in the current space \u2013 a constraint on the flexibility for members to access the facility outside of scheduled fitness classes or personal training sessions.<\/p>\n

Rose decided to relocate his fitness center to the South Main Street location, previously occupied by Strings and Things, a popular music\u00a0store that moved to Penacook. The new space, almost double the size of the current facility at 4,600 square feet, opens up new possibilities for Rose.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis new location is a larger space and allows me to add on lots of equipment,\u201d said Rose. \u201cI can finally offer the 24-hour option for members and continue to do private training classes as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the lease for the old location set to end on Sunday, Rose is clearing out the gym and moving all the equipment to the new location at 113 South Main Street. The anticipated soft opening is set for January 29, with plans for the facility to be fully operational by mid-February<\/p>\n
