If the median income is under $40,000.00 and the median price of the mcmansions, the only housing currently being built, is over $400,000.00 how is anyone expected to achieve this goal? If the housing problem is to be solved then more affordable ranch style housing, not just apartments/ condos/ townhouses, needs to be built.
Solar panels on these shelters not only help with the housing crisis but also help defray the use and cost of electricity. Individuals that set and achieve their goals are happier and more likely to be a positive role model for their children.
