After reading the article in the Feb. 23 Monitor regarding the I-93 speeding and distracted driving initiative, I am trying to understand the relevance of the juxtaposition of the accompanying photo. This photo was of a Sept. 28, 2017, traffic stop by a border patrol agent that took place on I-93 south of the route 175 exit south of Lincoln.
